SPRINGFIELD BREWING COMPANY
Springfield Breweryis Springfield's original brewery and one of Springfield's most well-known breweries. Springfield BrewCo was originally founded as a showroom for the epic tankards of beer brewed in Springfield by the Paul Mueller Company.
Visit this facility in downtown SpringfieldMarket Street 305 Swill offer all the light to dark local craft beers you could drink, as well as delicious restaurants and an upscale dining experience, with two indoor floors and two patios.
With a pool table and arcade games, the upstairs Brew Co is a bit more bar-style, while the downstairs has a huge bar and plenty of food options.
If you're looking for a place to drink craft beers while enjoying a true Springfield-style dining experience, this is your place.
MOTHER BREW
While most local breweries tend to think of cans, bottles and all that "stuff" as an afterthought, Mothers Brewing Company's vision was to grow or go home when they started brewing beer inBuilding 38,000 sq.min the heart of Downtown Springfield for over a decade.
And since then,mothers have taken overtaps and coolers from grocery stores across the Midwest.
Releasing their first beer on April 1st, 2011 might be a sly way of saying we're not kidding and are ready to tackle the hurdles of a big small town brewery in the flooded states.
It seems the joke is on anyone who doubted the possibility.

The decor is a mix of modern and rustic, but has a very handcrafted feel that makes you want to sit down and have a flight, which is very affordable.
They have a decent range of beers to choose from, split into two categories:seasonal offers, similarduring the yearOffers.
You can also buy beer to go, in a few different packaging options (Growlers are one such option).

It's hard to pick a favorite Springfield brewery but the beer they make1925 E Bennet St.it's hard to beat.

The site is divided into a few 'sections'.
There is the bar or a handful of high tables where you can sit and enjoy the epic beers they create.
There are also some "shop lines" for supplies, equipment and other supplies for the do-it-yourselfer.

Back Home Brewing Company (Ozark)
Back Home Brewing Company, located at 1502 S 3rd St in Ozark, MO, is exactly what owner Angela Lachner describes as:
"We are more of a pub in town that brews its own beer.”
Walking into Back Home is like walking into your neighborhood bar, except the decor is rustic and eclectic. You can get a variety of local beer options ranging from light ales to ales and other beers. The other taps usually feature IPAs and/or ciders from other breweries.
They also serve basic pub food. Aside from the sirloin steak (homemade and excellent) and maybe the catfish, most of the food is probably made by Sysco or some other food distributor and then cooked to order.
The back house also features a pool table, darts, live music, karaoke, trivia, bike nights, a very large bar, patio and two dining rooms.
If you're looking for a great brewery/town bar to kick back and relax, Back Home is the place to be in Ozark.
Observation:
Back Home Brewing allows smoking indoors, so if you don't like that, this might not be the place for you.
4 OUT OF 4 BEER COMPANIES
4 of 4 Brewery, located in2811 E Galloway Street, Springfield, MO, is a local brewery located almost across the street and up the hill from Sequiota Park in the heart of Galloway Village. They have a relaxing rustic seating area and a back patio so you can enjoy the beautiful Ozark weather while drinking their delicious craft beers.
4 By 4 has beer for everyone. Pale, dark, stout, IPA, you name it. They also sell growlers to go and have started canning during the Covid lockdown - so you can take your favorite beers home and enjoy them in your own space.
One interesting thing about 4 By 4 is that they quickly transitioned to the pandemic shutdown and changed their business plan almost daily. They pioneered brewery pickup here in the ozarks and did a fantastic job.
In fact, they are outgrowing their existing facility and are preparing to open a second location next year which looks to be4 από 4 Brouwen – Fremont Hills.
Needless to say, this is a must visit brewery.
Tie & Timber Beer Co.
Tie and Timber is a hip brewery with an impressive beer list, great cocktails, and one of Springfield's best patios.
Tie and Timber specializes insmall batchescraft beers so your dining room is always stocked with something new to try. In addition, there is a wide range of styles, from traditional and affordable to creative and adventurous.
So whether you like pale or stout, hoppy or malty, fruity or toasty - they have unique beers for you to explore!
There is also a beer garden with live music most Friday and Saturday nights.
And because we're on the corner of Cherry and PickwickKersenstraat 1451 E, if epic beers get you in the mood for food, just take a few steps to grab some food and carry on.

AMAZING WORKS OF ESCAPE BEER
Great Escape Beer Worksis a brewery located at 4022 S. Lone Pine Ave, Springfield, MO.
They serve different types of unique local craft beers, offer indoor dining and also have a beautiful outdoor seating area where you can sit and enjoy your drink.
Or grab your cornole boards and have a tournament!
They offer some really unique beers. You can have IPA, lager, aPeach Velvet IPA, and many other options. One thing they don't seem to have is a darker beer (stout or porter). But they make up for it with some really interesting light ales and IPAs.
You can also order curbside pickup and bring in cans, spears, and wine cans.
Observation:
If you're a craft pilsner fan, "The Portal" at Great Escape is an exciting find!
KEEP FAST BREW BUSINESS
Keep Fast Brewing Company, located at 235 N Kimbrough Ave, Springfield, MO, is a brewery that operates a state-of-the-art downtown bar/lounge space that extends into a comfortable and exciting outdoor space. Most of the seating is outside and they usually have a food truck parked there so you can get tasty snacks in addition to your beer.
The atmosphere here is loud and boisterous. If you like excitement and fast fun, this brewery will probably be faster.
They also have a wide selection of beers including light, wheat, lagers, APA, IPA, ales, stouts and pilsners.
If you want to enjoy the nightlife in the city center while enjoying a delicious local beer, then this is the place for you.

Wire Road Brewing Company, tucked away off the freeway at 4453 S Timbercreek Blvd in Battlefield, Missouri, is a new brewery that showcases a serious mix of modern and rustic southern Missouri style.
Wire Road has some indoor seating in a bright and nicely decorated tavern. But the outdoor bar, patio and large lawn waterfall are hard to beat!
As for beer, they offer a range of IPAs, as well as in-house selections of lagers, ales, saisons, porters, pilsners and more.
You can see the beer menuhere, which you should - because they're constantly updating things.
They also have an outdoor food truck area and you can be sure to find some amazing food options almost any day of the week.
In our opinion, you really can't beat the hospitality of Wire Road Brewing Company and they definitely add something unique to the brewing scene here in the Ozarks - and we're so glad they did!
Conclusion — Are you up to the challenge?
